From the very first day we talked to Scott, my husband Daniel and I have been truly impressed with his professionalism and kindness. He first got in touch with us to ask us a few questions regarding our expectations in finding a home and to explain to us the details of the home-buying process. When we got interested in a house very far from my husband's work, he kindly made sure we were aware of the long distance to commute everyday and that it would fit our needs in a realistic way on an everyday basis. Then, when we finally found THE house of our dreams, we wrote to Scott at 10pm on a Thursday (because we felt that the house was a very rare opportunity and that we should not wait any minute...) The next morning Scott was already on it and scheduled a video tour for us on the very same day. We wanted to make an offer right away and Scott was amazing in the entire negotiation process. Him and even his lovely wife Jenifer got together with us to discuss the most attractive offer we could come up with, without overpaying for the house. Even though another offer was on its way to the sellers, Scott managed to convince them to consider our offer first. He was back and forth with the sellers' agent all day until the deal was agreed... (on a Sunday!). During the entire process Scott was very responsive: all our questions and concerns were answered within just a few minutes, no matter if it was week days or weekends. I know this sounds corny but Mike really lives up to his last name – Noble. Mike did more behind-the-scenes financial assistance , contractor referrals and actual hands-on cleanup work than I would feel comfortable asking of a good friend, much less a realtor who I have never met face-to-face. My wife and I live 2,000 miles away from our investment property in Jacksonville, but Mike treated us like we were next-door neighbors. We never could have had the success with our house sale if it was not for Mike’s considerable efforts. This was in spite of relatively low sale price and therefor a modest commission. Working with Charles was a fantastic experience. He was eager to show me homes in the price range I was looking for. This is important to mention because I was downsizing significantly and therefore wasn't looking for an expensive home but rather a 1 to 2 bedroom that I could pay cash for. Some realtors feel that is beneath them when they could be showing homes that cost 5 times more. Charles was eager to work with me and got us showings right away. In this insane market that is so important. The home I ended up purchasing was listed on Zillow the day before Memorial Day. I emailed Charles about getting a showing expecting to hear back from him on Tuesday, the day after the holiday. My husband and I are moving to Jacksonville on military orders and before meeting Kyleen (Ky), I didn’t know anyone there. We met her a few months before we were to start looking for our home and she kept in touch, genuinely interested in our lives. We had one weekend to fly in to see as many homes as we could and she blocked out the whole weekend for us and had every house we requested to see on our agenda! We had our 5 month old son with us and Ky was very accommodating when we needed to take breaks/feed/change our baby. Imagine taking a car seat out of the car 10 times in a day! Our first offer (a very strong offer) was out bid so after returning back home we were back to the drawing board. Kyleen showed us about 15-20 homes via FaceTime!
