Surprisingly, much of Mike's 40-year career was not spent in real estate, but in industries as diverse as small business ownership, financial services, and construction management. As a Jacksonville native, he owned and operated a small chain of meat stores in the Jacksonville area. He worked his way up to vice-president for a financial services firm and was top salesman for four of the last six years for a large construction management company. He brings a high level of experience, leadership, and professionalism to his clients and has been trained in sales by some of the best including Dale Carnegie, AL Williams, and Tom Hopkins. His desire to help others along with his vast experience in sales, brought him to the real estate industry. He strives for honesty, determination and dedication in every area of his life and serving others brings him the most satisfaction. Mike is a family man with a strong devotion to God, his beautiful wife, and five amazing children that includes a set of boy/girl twins and a daughter in heaven. He values time with his family, enjoys going to the movies, and traveling to the mountains. He has a generous heart and is compassionate about helping others. It is not a surprise to see Mike helping a senior citizen with their yard of serving food to the homeless. He faithfully attends church and enjoys being part of the video production team. One of his favorite activities is watching his Alma mater, the Florida State Seminoles, where he once enjoyed playing football a long time ago. Mike tries to live the old biblical saying, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you"! If you put God first, win or lose, you are a success. Mike looks forward to serving you and helping you reach your ultimate home goals.
